Praise the Lord
Our renewed computer is working now after one month of us feeling lost and disconnected!! Thank you for your prayers!!
By the grace of the Lord, another successful year passed and Christmas is arriving soon.
This is a time to remember that there are still many hearts that need Jesus to be born in, just as He was born in our hearts.
Prisoners are amongst them.
The House of Light is called also this year to visit these least privileged people who have a special place in the heart of God- Jesus came for them, died for them, took their sins, cleansed them with His precious blood and gave them new life with His resurrection and they need to hear it and believe it.
With this strong conviction, the House of Light takes a group of believers from different churches, who are on fire to reach the oppressed and imprisoned, and to bring the message of salvation that can set them free even when they are inside such a dark place!!
To keep the law and the prisons’ Kosher rules, this is the second year we have to buy the snacks and presents for the prisoners, at the canteen inside the prison premises. We inquired about the number of prisoners from Christian background and any additional information and found out the following:

There are 630++ “Christian” inmates including the foreign workers. There are around 100 more foreign workers from non Christian background and we usually give them too Christmas presents. So altogether 730++

There are 1000++ Sudanese prisoners in Ktzio’t at the Egyptian boarders, one hour further than Beer Sheva

a reasonable gift of snacks and sweets would cost 13$ per person

Going to Ktzio’t would cost an extra 2500NIS to rent a mini bus to take the visiting group members
Please pray:

That the Lord would send the right members to join this outreach

To have members who speak different languages so as to be able to reach the foreign workers
-
To have some who can play musical instruments
-
That authorities would give permissions for the group members to go into prisons

Finances to buy the presents.

Protection on the roads as we travel all over the country to reach the inmates in 22 different prisons
-
The Holy Spirit to prepare a fertile land, ready for the message of salvation seeds

Our son Naeem to be able to join this outreach

A permission for our Israeli, Russian/Hebrew speaking volunteer to join.
The prayer of the righteous can do much and we count on that!!!

Our computer to be healed. We are still facing problems though we changed the hard disk. We praise the Lord who reminded us to have back up just last week. So this message was written a week ago and I tried to update it today.

The beginning of a new year-round-program with our children and youth, Oct. 17th
-
2 Prisoners will soon be home with their families. After accepting the Lord in prison, their behaviors and attitudes changed and those responsible could see the difference. Sh & H received mercy and by the grace of the Lord got one third off their sentences. May the Lord help them to stand steadfast in HIM as they are set free and reunite with family and friends. 2 other prisoners (born again believers)are moving to nearby prisons which is easier for us for the follow up with them. Praise the Lord for J who finished his solitary confinement in peace and strength from above.

An Arab, mother of a prisoner and his 6 brothers Live in Tiberias. We took them to a Jewish Messianic congregation and we pray they will find new life in Jesus as they are there!! There are no Arab churches in Tiberias. We seek the Lord's face and will in this new connection as the family is not persistent.

Yesterday, October 4th was the Lavi forest, big annual meeting between Arab & Jewish Messianic congregations from Galilee. A time of worship and fellowship. The day was a great blessing praise the Lord.

Volunteers and staff at House of Light, More power as the Lord is sending more people asking for help.

W - a 22 year old young man is on drugs for a long time now. Yesterday he accepted prayer and guidance to start rehabilitation at a Christian home in Jerusalem. Please pray that he will take the step. Also for his family, his mother and sisters are believers. The father passed away as W was still very young and the mother blames herself for spending most of her life in sorrow and tears and not having the time to help her children live a happy life.

F is already at the rehabilitation center in Jerusalem. He needs your prayers for power to press on.
